What you will do

• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve information system issues using internal tools.
• Identify and escalate complex customer issues according to established protocols.
• Provide technical assistance using comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Team Lead.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Tampa, FL.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and software.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to meet quality, productivity, and attendance metrics.
