What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects, from initial scoping and daily driving to final implementation and adoption.
- Collaborate with technical, innovation, and client teams to translate user research into solution requirements and operational impact.
- Manage projects and drive development to deliver maximum customer value.
- Advise clients on AI strategy and technical implementation as a trusted partner in high-stakes environments.
- Develop and execute proposals to grow ’s footprint and impact in the Energy Transition sector.
- Mentor peers and help build robust team processes and practices.
Requirements
- Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery, managing complex project lifecycles and meeting critical deadlines under pressure.
- Broad understanding of the energy value chain, ideally with experience working with utilities, suppliers, traders, and/or policymakers/regulators.
- Proven ability to take full responsibility for successful delivery from scoping through end-user adoption in regulated businesses.
- Exceptional communication skills, including managing senior stakeholders and explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working with technical teams and a track record delivering technical projects, ideally in AI.
- Structured problem-solving with proactive risk identification and mitigation for mission-critical outcomes.
