What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and oversee strategic delivery planning.
• Manage client requests, facilitate change management, and support post-change adoption.
• Ensure deliverables consistently meet client expectations in terms of quality, scope, and timeline.
• Monitor project progress, delivery health, and escalate risks, collaborating with Project Managers.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to prioritize post-delivery issues and contribute to roadmap discussions.
• Support new sales and renewals by reviewing scope and validating estimates.

Requirements

• Professional English fluency is required.
• Strong knowledge of trading and trading platforms.
• Financial/Capital markets experience is highly desirable.
• High organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing matters.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
