What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through strategic delivery planning and regular meetings.
• Oversee the review and validation of Order Forms and Statements of Work, and assess out-of-scope client requests.
• Track and manage client requests, facilitating change management and supporting post-change adoption.
• Monitor project progress and delivery health through data analysis and reporting, escalating risks when needed.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to prioritize and follow up on post-delivery issues such as new requests, upgrades, and bugs.
• Lead steering committees and delivery checkpoints, conduct project reviews, and contribute to roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• Financial/Capital markets experience, including front office systems, market connectivity, equities/derivatives trading, or FIX protocol.
• Strong knowledge of trading and trading platforms.
• Professional English fluency.
• High organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing matters with poise.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team in a high-paced and challenging environment.
