Location: Must be based in or able to work in New Haven, CT, US. This is a hybrid role.
Salary: $98,000 – $166,500

What you will do
- Evaluate business processes and elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Translate business needs into precise functional specifications, including data mapping and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions and conduct gap analysis.
- Perform data analysis and visualization to support business priorities.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to junior staff members.
- Triage and analyze system incidents to determine business impact.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States is required (no visa sponsorship).
- 7-10+ years of experience in business and technical requirements analysis.
- Strong expertise in HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors (including Employee Central).
- Advanced data analysis skills, including intermediate to advanced SQL queries.
- Technical understanding of cloud applications, web services (REST/SOAP), and APIs.
- BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
Nice to have
- Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
