Salary: $98,000 – $166,500

What you will do

• Evaluate business processes and elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Translate business needs into precise functional specifications, including data mapping and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions and conduct gap analysis.
• Perform data analysis and visualization to support business priorities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to junior staff members.
• Triage and analyze system incidents to determine business impact.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required (no visa sponsorship).
• 7-10+ years of experience in business and technical requirements analysis.
• Strong expertise in HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors (including Employee Central).
• Advanced data analysis skills, including intermediate to advanced SQL queries.
• Technical understanding of cloud applications, web services (REST/SOAP), and APIs.
• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

Nice to have

• Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
