Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol or Edinburgh (Hybrid: 40% office attendance required)

  • Establish and communicate pivotal integration points across various platforms and labs.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery blockers, escalating to leadership when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior leaders across the Group.
  • Manage complex, high-risk implementations involving multiple internal and external parties.
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support platform leads in achieving strategic goals.
  • Lead key collaborative meetings to ensure transparency and progress updates.

Требования

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading large-scale change programs across multiple business areas.
  • At least 12 months of experience in complex environments, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Strong proficiency in data tools including JIRA and PowerBI for trend analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Deep understanding of business strategy and commercial awareness.
  • Experience with platform change methodology and service introduction.
