What you will do

• Lead total electrical systems design for specific projects, including complex calculations.
• Manage, direct, and supervise electrical engineering staff to ensure timely project completion.
• Serve as Project Manager, overseeing schedules, quality, and client communications.
• Apply building codes and standards to ensure compliance and safety.
• Support business development and marketing efforts to identify new project opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, owners, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building electrical power systems design.
• Proven Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Revit design platforms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare facility design projects.
