What you will do

• Translate company goals into design priorities to drive growth, retention, and clinical outcomes.
• Define a cohesive design vision across consumer and enterprise products, brand, and research.
• Lead the design of AI-native product experiences, including conversational interfaces and agent-driven workflows.
• Own the end-to-end visual identity and brand expression across all marketing and clinical communications.
• Build an AI-native design practice to accelerate research synthesis and prototyping.
• Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 designers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience, with 4+ years leading multidisciplinary teams in a product-led company.
• Must be based in the US (New York) to support hybrid work.
• Proven AI-native working style with daily use of AI tools to optimize design workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both product and brand design.
• Experience scaling design systems in complex B2B/B2C environments.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership (CEO, CPO) to connect design to business outcomes.
