What you will do

• Lead design for hirify.global’s foundational systems on payments, identity & access, and developer/research tools.
• Set high standards for design quality and cohesive experiences that build user trust.
• Manage and grow a team of 5–10 product designers, fostering craft, ownership, and performance.
• Drive consistency, alignment, and shared capabilities across the ecosystem.
• Partner with engineering, product, and research on strategy and execution.
• Use research and insights to understand users and improve products continuously.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing high-performing product design teams (5–10 designers) with focus on craft and systems thinking.
• Strong portfolio in designing/shipping at scale: user-centered thinking, systems design, innovative patterns.
• Experience with technical, cross-functional products partnering with engineering, product, infrastructure.
• Systems thinker comfortable with details (pixels, edge cases) and high-level strategy.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and ability to align teams on vision.
• Passion for AI-first products and rethinking UI from first principles.
