Salary: $190,000 - $210,000

What you will do
- Define user personas and value propositions based on direct research insights to address specific user barriers.
- Architect tailored end-to-end enrollment flows and persona-driven journeys from discovery to active participation.
- Drive comprehensive service design across the physical and digital ecosystem, including hardware unboxing and sensor pairing.
- Craft premium visual assets for websites and landing pages to build trust and communicate value.
- Collaborate with marketing, hardware, and clinical operations to align physical logistics with digital UX.
- Influence product, engineering, and client-facing teams to maintain a cohesive, user-first mindset.
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX/product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating high-end visual polish and complex journey mapping.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, service design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in conducting user research and translating insights into high-converting product flows.
- Experience designing complex consumer enrollment, digital healthcare journeys, or premium e-commerce experiences.
- Deep expertise in responsive web and native mobile design patterns.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for hardware-software integrations or complex logistical workflows like shipping tracking and appointment routing.
