Salary: $175,280 – $219,100 (Zone 1)

• Shape product strategy, functionality, and visual design across multiple surfaces.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to plan, validate, and iterate on features.

• Communicate design decisions and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional partners.
• Contribute to and evolve shared design systems, tools, and processes.
• Explore and implement new ways of working to improve team learning and shipping speed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Demonstrable experience making complex systems understandable and usable.
• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS and multiple organizational personas.
• Experience designing developer tools, platform products, or workflow automation.
• Technical curiosity with an ability to engage with component APIs, data models, and system constraints.
• Ability to move forward through ambiguity using judgment and evidence.
