What you will do

  • Establish and manage customer relationships as a healthcare consultant and trusted business advisor.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and brokers.
  • Manage upsells of new product lines and lead renewals for current clients.
  • Negotiate and influence interactions to achieve strategic account goals.
  • Deliver regular reporting on plan performance and service results to customers.
  • Develop strategic plans for a mid-market book of business.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or relationship management.
  • Background in employer benefits or insurance industries.
  • Proven track record of working with mid-sized employers in the healthcare benefits segment.
  • Must reside in the West Coast region of the US.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel 15–20% as needed.
