What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct proactive outreach and deliver product demonstrations and training to maximize client utilization and value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve software performance issues and facilitate smooth account transitions.
  • Drive client retention by monitoring account health and developing improvement plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Identify and facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales representatives.
  • Track all client interactions within Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and visibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare office setting (e.g., ophthalmology, dermatology, plastic surgery, or orthopedics).
  • Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional weekends.
  • Eligible to work in the US (required for US-based benefits and tax compliance).

Nice to have

  • Experience in client success or account management within SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
