What you will do
- Execute outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts via cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Engage C-level executives to discuss complex Sales Performance Management challenges.
- Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts using data, intent signals, and AI-driven tools.
- Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to uncover pain points and urgency.
- Qualify opportunities using the MEDDICC framework before transitioning to Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and iterate on outbound tactics based on performance metrics.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or SaaS sales role with an outbound focus.
- Must be based in or near Concord, NH, US.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and video conferencing tools like Zoom.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-booking KPIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize messaging.
- Confidence in cold calling and engaging senior-level stakeholders.

- Exposure to MEDDICC or similar sales qualification frameworks.
- Experience partnering with marketing on account-based initiatives.
- Previous experience prospecting into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
