What you will do

  • Execute outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts via cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Engage C-level executives to discuss complex Sales Performance Management challenges.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts using data, intent signals, and AI-driven tools.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to uncover pain points and urgency.
  • Qualify opportunities using the MEDDICC framework before transitioning to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and iterate on outbound tactics based on performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or SaaS sales role with an outbound focus.
  • Must be based in or near Concord, NH, US.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and video conferencing tools like Zoom.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-booking KPIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize messaging.
  • Confidence in cold calling and engaging senior-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to MEDDICC or similar sales qualification frameworks.
  • Experience partnering with marketing on account-based initiatives.
  • Previous experience prospecting into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
