Sales Partner Manager (SaaS): Managing and scaling the Sales Channel Partner ecosystem across North America to drive revenue through VARs and channel partners with an accent on GTM strategies and partner recruitment. Location: Hybrid; Must be based in San Francisco or New York City

Salary: $260,000 - $300,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and management of the Sales Partner ecosystem in North America to support demand generation and resell motions.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies to grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Build and execute joint GTM programs and demand generation activities with resellers and VARs.
  • Align partner activity with the NAMER sales team's pipeline through account mapping and co-sell opportunities.
  • Optimize operational foundations, streamlining systems and processes to ensure the partner program is scalable.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Legal to address partner needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel or partner management with a track record of optimizing high-performing programs.
  • Proven ability to define and execute GTM strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong demand generation skills and a hunter mentality.
  • Based in San Francisco or New York City; willingness to travel across North America.
  • Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills for interacting with partner CROs.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to improve work efficiency.
