Localization Producer (Gamedev): Managing the localisation process for upcoming game titles into multiple languages, including voice over and in-game text with an accent on scheduling, communication and relationship building. Focus on ensuring projects are localised to the highest quality, on time and on budget as well as supporting the lead production teams.

Location: Hybrid

Salary: $72,000 and $106,560 per Year

What you will do

• Work closely with development and publishing teams to manage the localisation process for assigned projects from end-to-end.
• Directly manage internal and external localisation teams on allocated titles to ensure that all localisation assets are scheduled and delivered on time and on budget.
• Champion International versions of titles to ensure relevant focus within studios to ensure simultaneous release dates.
• Identify and communicate project risks and instigate contingency plans.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience of the Localisation process.
• 2+ years of experience in internal or external game development or publishing.
• Proven track record in project localisation management.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills.
• Understanding of various production processes and methodologies.

Nice to have

• CAT tool experience
• Knowledge of XLOC or other Content Management Systems.
• Knowledge of JIRA
• Fluent in one or more foreign language
