Salary: $143,000 - $218,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the development and growth of the narrative production team in collaboration with the Executive Producer.
• Drive narrative production including story, quests, mocap, perfcap, and VO recording.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the game's vision.
• Oversee project planning, scoping, scheduling, and roadmaps to enhance production efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to facilitate incremental delivery and frequent integration.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development with a track record of leading successful projects.
• Proven experience shipping AAA narrative RPG titles.
• Expertise in producing full-cycle narrative content, from story and quest design to cinematics and animation.
• Practical experience with Mocap, Perfcap, and VO production.
• Strong leadership skills in cross-functional teams, preferably within an Agile environment.
• Deep proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
