What you will do

• Serve as the primary production point of contact between the studio and client teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and priorities.
• Translate technical concepts and constraints into actionable project plans.
• Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
• Lead standups, retrospectives, and client meetings to ensure project alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of production workflows and operational systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Orlando, Florida, and available for onsite client work.
• 5+ years of experience in game development, interactive media, or technical production.
• Proven experience managing project scope, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong working knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, and real-time 3D workflows.
• Understanding of software architecture, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions involving engineering stakeholders.
