What you will do

• Serve as the primary GTM strategy and operations partner for the ANZ sales team.
• Build core operational infrastructure including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and territory design from scratch.
• Drive regional business reviews and strategic analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Enablement, and Data teams to develop regional resource plans.
• Manage territory allocation and quota frameworks to optimize sales performance.
• Act as the bridge between the ANZ team and global revenue operations to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in revenue operations or GTM strategy at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven experience building operational infrastructure in early-stage or rapidly scaling environments.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and managing territory/comp plans.
• Experience in a SaaS or consumption-based business model.
• Ability to operate as a strategic business partner to GTM leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
