What you will do
- Own team-level revenue performance and ensure consistent quota attainment.
- Coach sales representatives across the full deal lifecycle, from discovery to close.
- Conduct structured deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and forecast calls to diagnose gaps.
- Implement and refine sales playbooks and GTM motions to improve execution rigor.
- Integrate AI tools into GTM workflows to enhance deal quality and forecasting accuracy.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize funnel quality and handoffs.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS across sales, SDR, or GTM roles.
- Proven track record of owning or materially influencing team quota attainment.
- Strong proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience using AI tools to analyze pipeline and identify conversion gaps.
- Experience in complex, consultative sales cycles with non-predefined use cases.
- Must be based in London.
