What you will do

• Lead delivery teams across cloud development, architecture, security, and DevSecOps engineering.
• Serve as a technical liaison to translate operational mission needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Design and maintain tooling and infrastructure to support modern development, testing, automation, and deployment.
• Establish and optimize CI/CD tools and pipelines to enable repeatable and secure delivery.
• Perform technical reviews to validate software quality and alignment with established standards.
• Integrate continuous vulnerability assessment and secure engineering controls throughout the software lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must be based in Washington, DC (Hybrid).
• Foundational experience with AWS core services and cloud architecture design patterns.
• Proven technical leadership in cloud engineering, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or cloud security.
• Experience implementing or operating CI/CD pipelines and modern development toolchains.
• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience, or Master's with 0-3 years, or 8-10 years of relevant experience without a degree.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitLab and/or Jenkins.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience supporting intelligence or national security missions in secure environments.
