Technical Lead, Agentic Auditor

Location: McLean, VA; remote candidates may work remotely but must travel as needed for client meetings and conferences. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Salary: $100,901–$199,815 per year

What you will do

• Lead infrastructure team assignments, capacity planning, schedules, technical risks, and delivery quality.
• Design and evolve resilient, scalable, secure platform architectures and external system integrations.
• Translate business objectives and requirements into technical visions, implementation plans, and sustainable system architectures.
• Oversee infrastructure and data governance, compliance, auditability, access controls, and secure data management.
• Lead planning, development, deployment, documentation, peer reviews, and technical standards for Agentic Audit systems.
• Evaluate emerging AI, intelligent workflow, analytics, and Agentic Audit technologies for future technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, systems integration, product implementation, enterprise systems deployment, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years in a technical lead, team lead, architect, or similar role involving technical delivery and team coordination.
• Experience with secure, scalable infrastructure, platforms, services, applications, external integrations, cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance.
• Experience managing AWS resources including EC2, EBS, S3, EKS, and RDS, plus DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline infrastructure in a DoW environment.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance are required; active Secret Clearance is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience operating UiPath AutomationSuite.
• Experience with the Risk Management Framework, CI/CD pipeline solutions, or Non-Person Entities.
• Relevant technical certifications and proximity to the DC-Maryland-Virginia area.
