Multicloud / DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Salary: $132,240–$208,800 USD gross base pay annually

What you will do

• Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and cross-functional teams while advising project managers and business stakeholders.
• Develop, manage, and maintain enterprise infrastructure, applications, development environments, and integrated systems.
• Build batch and real-time analytical solutions, scalable data lake platforms, and tools for multi-OS virtualized environments.
• Automate provisioning and operations using Azure services, infrastructure as code, PowerShell, and Python.
• Improve scalability, reliability, capacity, and performance across cloud and Hadoop infrastructure.
• Investigate outages, perform root cause analysis, manage tickets, and document incidents and resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 8+ years of related experience.
• Expert knowledge of Azure Cloud and secondary experience with GCP.
• Expert experience with Azure automation, Active Directory, infrastructure as code, PowerShell, and Python.
• Experience with DevOps services, CI/CD, microservices, deployments, GitHub, source control branching strategies, and software development.
• Experience designing scalable, resilient, always-on data lakes and working with big data infrastructure and large distributed systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, multitasking, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
