Manager, Talent Acquisition (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Transform recruiting from reactive requisition-based hiring to proactive, insight-led talent acquisition.
• Advise business leaders on workforce needs and develop location- and skills-based recruiting plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting operations with disciplined processes, strong data integrity, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Build forward-looking talent pipelines and scalable search strategies across investment, research, quantitative, risk, and portfolio disciplines.
• Coach and mentor a recruiting team while driving cross-functional talent initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Use advanced recruiting technologies and AI tools to streamline sourcing and hiring.

Requirements

• Leadership experience coaching and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• 10+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, including 5+ years supporting investment or financial-services talent.
• Deep expertise in sourcing strategies and competitive investment talent markets.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent searches in complex, high-demand environments.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting lifecycle practices, including compensation and benefits.
• Experience using enterprise technology and data to drive hiring outcomes, plus the ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving business needs.
