What you will do

• Design and execute scalable search strategies to optimize hiring efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with 5+ years in investment or financial services.
• Proven leadership experience in coaching high-performing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep expertise in sourcing strategies for competitive investment talent markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Tech-enabled mindset with experience leveraging enterprise tools for data-driven outcomes.
• Must be able to work from the Atlanta office 4 days per week.
