What you will do
- Develop and execute the company-wide talent strategy, covering university recruiting, internal mobility, external recruiting, and executive search.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional recruiting organization of 50+ people, including 5+ direct-report managers.
- Design scalable recruiting processes from sourcing through offer delivery and improve the candidate experience.
- Build organization-wide reporting frameworks and translate talent metrics into workforce-planning insights for executive leadership.
- Partner with HR Technology to evolve the talent ecosystem and use AI to streamline recruiting operations.
- Advise the CEO, C-suite, and senior business leaders while contributing to the company-wide People Experience strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience, including 3+ years at Senior Director level leading organizations of 50+.
- Experience operating as a leader of leaders and managing 5+ direct-report managers.
- End-to-end talent strategy experience in complex, high-growth technical environments such as autonomous systems, AI/ML, or hardware.
- Experience designing talent ecosystems with KPIs, scorecards, reporting, and operational metrics.
- Strong executive presence and written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience pioneering AI as a strategic lever in talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with VNDLY, Lever, Workday, ServiceNow, and other talent or HR technology platforms.
