What you will do

• Create and execute an end-to-end talent strategy, including intern programs and internal mobility initiatives.
• Develop and optimize recruitment processes from sourcing through to offer delivery.
• Partner with HR Technology to enhance efficiency using tools like Lever, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on workforce planning and talent needs.
• Utilize market insights and tech industry trends to ensure competitive hiring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition.
• 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional talent teams at the Senior Director level.
• Extensive experience in developing sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding strategies for tech talent.
• Data-driven approach using KPIs and metrics to optimize talent strategy.
• Must be based in or able to work in Foster City, CA.
