Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site in New York City, with in-person work required at the SoHo office

Salary: $150K–$250K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle technical recruitment from sourcing through closing.
• Identify and attract exceptional technical candidates through creative sourcing strategies and programmatic initiatives.
• Build trusted partnerships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Use recruiting data and research to provide recommendations, updates, and process insights.
• Guide candidates and interviewers throughout the hiring process with timely communication and feedback.
• Identify recruiting process gaps and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• At least 3 years of in-house technical recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven success identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, closing, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide informed opinions on candidates and recruiting best practices.
• Ability and willingness to work in person at the SoHo, New York City office.
