What you will do

  • Define and execute a repeatable launch process across product, marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Own positioning, messaging, and competitive documentation for product lines.
  • Ensure internal readiness by briefing sales and support teams on new features and changes.
  • Provide quality control on high-value content to prevent messaging drift.
  • Standardize launch request processes and intake workflows.
  • Integrate AI-native tools to automate repeatable tasks and accelerate complex messaging workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar B2B SaaS role.
  • Proven track record of owning GTM or product launches.
  • Strong ability to translate technical details into buyer-focused narratives.
  • Experience working in an AI-native environment.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Experience with IT professionals or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a strong asset.
