TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive 3 (CPaaS): Managing and growing revenue for growth and mid-market communications platform customers with an accent on analytical and consultative sales cycles. Focus on driving revenue expansion for ISV customers and building cross-functional partnerships across product, finance, and operations.

Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.

Salary: $103,376 - $143,580

What you will do

  • Manage and expand revenue across a portfolio of Strategic Accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Lead highly consultative sales cycles for large-scale, global ISV customers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product management, finance, support, and operations teams.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of total sales experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to major or strategic sales.
  • Expertise in managing quantitative and highly analytical products and solutions.
  • Proven track record in relationship management, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding specific restricted states).

Nice to have

  • Deep experience with telecom companies, CPaaS, SMS aggregators, or global communications platforms.
  • Domain expertise in Fintech, DevOps, advertising optimization, investment banking, or security.
  • Previous experience selling Software, SaaS, or PaaS.
