TL;DR
Strategic Account Executive 3 (CPaaS): Managing and growing revenue for growth and mid-market communications platform customers with an accent on analytical and consultative sales cycles. Focus on driving revenue expansion for ISV customers and building cross-functional partnerships across product, finance, and operations.
Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.
Salary: $103,376 - $143,580

What you will do
- Manage and expand revenue across a portfolio of Strategic Accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
- Lead highly consultative sales cycles for large-scale, global ISV customers.
- Partner cross-functionally with product management, finance, support, and operations teams.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of total sales experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to major or strategic sales.
- Expertise in managing quantitative and highly analytical products and solutions.
- Proven track record in relationship management, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
- Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in the US (excluding specific restricted states).
Nice to have
- Deep experience with telecom companies, CPaaS, SMS aggregators, or global communications platforms.
- Domain expertise in Fintech, DevOps, advertising optimization, investment banking, or security.
- Previous experience selling Software, SaaS, or PaaS.
