Salary: $154,700 - $252,300 USD

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day health and long-term performance of the vendor-supported Ad Review program.
• Assess operating models to identify gaps and implement plans to improve workflows and accountability.
• Partner with vendor leadership to strengthen governance and ensure teams deliver against clear goals.
• Build and manage metrics, reporting, and operating rhythms to track performance and surface risks.
• Act as a bridge between Ad Review, Sales, and GTM teams to support revenue while protecting platform safety.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve tooling and reduce manual friction in the review process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or vendor management in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience scaling operational programs in vendor operations, ad operations, or trust & safety.
• Proven track record of managing offshore or outsourced vendor teams.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to diagnose problems and measure impact.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to evolving operational problems.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
