TL;DR

Global Vendor Manager (Ads): Building and scaling the vendor operating model for the Ads business with an accent on governance, performance management, and operational excellence. Location: Based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office). Relocation assistance available.

Salary: $239K – $265K + Equity

What you will do

  • Build and scale the global vendor program for Ads, including operating models and governance structures.
  • Drive attainment across revenue, pipeline, advertiser acquisition, and quality metrics.
  • Lead business reviews and executive governance forums with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop scorecards, forecasting processes, and inspection mechanisms to surface risks.
  • Improve sales quality through the creation of playbooks and QA frameworks.
  • Build capacity and workforce plans aligned with business growth and demand forecasts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading outsourced sales, vendor operations, or commercial operations.
  • Previous experience working in Ads and in high-growth environments like SaaS or software.
  • Track record of building operating models and governance mechanisms from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven decision making.
  • Must be based in or relocate to San Francisco, CA.
