What you will do

• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, tracking deliverables and interdependencies across internal and external teams.
• Coordinate projects through the full lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, deployment, and operations.
• Drive operational alignment and transitional components for recently acquired companies.
• Handle vendor communication and follow up on tasks to ensure effective project delivery.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks to avoid disruptions.
• Provide status reports to the Sr. Director of Business Systems or a Steering Committee.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 3+ years of project management experience with demonstrated results.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Clear understanding and working knowledge of software implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in system implementation and system integration.
