What you will do

• Manage multiple projects with interdependent activities involving internal and external teams.
• Coordinate projects through discovery, design, development, deployment, and operations phases.
• Drive transitional components from acquisition integrations to ensure smooth operational handovers.
• Manage vendor communication and track tasks to ensure effective project delivery.
• Capture and escalate project risks to mitigate potential disruptions.
• Provide status reports to the Sr. Director of Business Systems or the Steering Committee.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3+ years of project management experience with demonstrated results.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Clear understanding and working knowledge of software implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with system implementation and system integration.
