What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning multiple organizations.
• Define program vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to align on goals and deliverables.
• Evaluate technical proposals and design documents for feasibility, scalability, and alignment.
• Communicate program status, risks, and strategic decisions to executive leadership.
• Optimize program management processes and mentor junior TPMs to improve team velocity.

Requirements

• Must be based in or authorized to work in New York, USA.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Proven ability to build and evaluate system-level technical designs.
• Experience developing and executing product and technical roadmaps.
