What you will do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multiple complex, cross-functional programs from inception through launch and reporting.
- Build integrated program plans and timelines, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation plans.
- Run operating rituals including kickoffs, status reviews, and executive updates to drive decisions and surface blockers.
- Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Creative, Design, Analytics, and Legal teams, as well as external partners.
- Create and improve lightweight processes, templates, and tools to raise the bar on execution at scale.
- Manage and develop a bench of freelance program managers to scale organizational impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management leading high-impact programs in consumer tech or comparable fast-paced environments.
- Proven mastery of integrated campaign planning and the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to influence stakeholders across levels without direct authority.
- Deep proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work from New York City with willingness to travel 10–15% for shoots and partner meetings.
- Experience leading contractors and freelancers, ensuring adherence to scopes, budgets, and quality bars.
Nice to have
- People management experience, including hiring and performance-managing FTE or freelance teams.
- Experience coordinating multi-market launches with localization and external partner coordination.
- Track record of building decision frameworks, retro processes, and operating cadences.
- Background working across multiple tracks (Product, Design, Content, or Marketing) into a coherent portfolio.
