Talent Operations Program Manager (Program Management): Building and owning the infrastructure for high-volume hiring surges with an accent on vendor management and capacity planning. Focus on designing SOPs, managing recruiting agency relationships, and implementing workflow automation.

Location: Remote (Global). Offices available in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end relationships with hiring agencies and recruiting contractors, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain capacity plans to map hiring demand to recruiter and agency supply.
  • Program manage surge hiring initiatives, coordinating across internal recruiters and external partners.
  • Design lightweight but durable SOPs for managing external recruiting partners at scale.
  • Track and report on agency performance, cost-per-hire, and fill rates to optimize capacity deployment.
  • Transition into broader Talent Ops work, focusing on workflow automation, tooling, and recruiter enablement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing recruiting vendors, staffing agencies, or contractor workforces.
  • Strong program management instincts with the ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience building capacity models, trackers, and SOPs from scratch.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking metrics and communicating insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across recruiting, finance, and hiring managers.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting high-volume or international hiring surges.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, particularly Ashby.
  • Ability to automate workflows or use "vibe-coding" to reduce manual overhead.
