What you will do
- Own end-to-end relationships with hiring agencies and recruiting contractors, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain capacity plans to map hiring demand to recruiter and agency supply.
- Program manage surge hiring initiatives, coordinating across internal recruiters and external partners.
- Design lightweight but durable SOPs for managing external recruiting partners at scale.
- Track and report on agency performance, cost-per-hire, and fill rates to optimize capacity deployment.
- Transition into broader Talent Ops work, focusing on workflow automation, tooling, and recruiter enablement.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing recruiting vendors, staffing agencies, or contractor workforces.
- Strong program management instincts with the ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience building capacity models, trackers, and SOPs from scratch.
- Data-driven approach to tracking metrics and communicating insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management across recruiting, finance, and hiring managers.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting high-volume or international hiring surges.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, particularly Ashby.
- Ability to automate workflows or use "vibe-coding" to reduce manual overhead.
