What you will do

• Manage the daily operating cadence with the content moderation BPO partner, including syncs, SLA tracking, and quality calibration.
• Streamline end-to-end review workflows for DMCA, in-app reports, and other safety escalations.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track operational health.
• Translate legal and product requirements into actionable BPO training and reviewer guidance.
• Operationalize manual data review programs to calibrate automated detection systems for ML teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional incident response for high-urgency content issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, BPO management, or customer-facing functions.
• Experience working at a UGC or consumer platform, ideally within the music industry.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and legal compliance).
• Familiarity with copyright, IP, and regulatory takedown procedures (DMCA, DSA).
• Strong written communication and comfort with data dashboards and basic data work.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in user support, content moderation, or customer operations.
• Exposure to rights-management systems such as C2PA, Audible Magic, ACR Cloud, or YouTube Content ID.
• Experience at a generative AI, music, or creator-platform company.
