What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex issues across cloud, networking, and infrastructure domains.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to resolve intricate technical challenges.
• Guide customers on best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerized applications.
• Mentor junior team members and create internal training resources to foster technical excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or cloud operations in an enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency in Linux administration, including server configuration and security hardening.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
• Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls, Wireshark).

Nice to have

• Experience troubleshooting RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog for monitoring and logging.
• Full-stack coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Background in cybersecurity, including vulnerability management and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR).
