Salary: £80,000–£95,000 base + variable.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end relationship for 30-40 enterprise and high-value mid-market accounts.
- Drive net retention by managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and closing uplift deals.
- Conduct technical discussions regarding model architecture and deployment patterns with ML engineers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, AEs, and Product teams to ensure customer success.
- Run onboarding, QBRs, and technical reviews independently without dedicated support staff.
- Provide clear feedback to the organization based on customer insights and market trends.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical CS, Sales Engineering, or SaaS CS).
- Legal right to work in the UK is mandatory.
- Ability to hold credible architecture conversations with ML engineers and technical buyers.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing renewals and expansion signals.
- Proven ability to operate independently in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience with technical or developer-facing products (APIs, open source, or AI/ML) is strongly preferred.
