What you will do

  • Manage enterprise-level technical cases from triage to resolution to ensure minimal operational disruption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for strategic accounts, recommending workflows and integrations to meet business goals.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on product features, APIs, and data integration capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate critical bugs and advocate for enterprise needs in roadmap discussions.
  • Develop enterprise-facing technical resources, including runbooks and best-practice guides.
  • Identify account patterns to suggest product improvements, process changes, or automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be located in New York (Hybrid)
  • Extensive technical expertise in APIs, complex data integrations, and SaaS architecture.
  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise tech stacks, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS support, technical account management, or solutions engineering.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and conduct executive-level conversations.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
