Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle). U.S. Citizenship is required to support federal government customers.
Salary: $90,000 – $115,000

What you will do
- Drive customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues including API integrations, code defects, and log analysis.
- Take end-to-end ownership of reported problems from initial triage through resolution.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data Science teams on escalated issues.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate triage, root cause identification, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive support workflows using AI agents and scripts.
- Maintain troubleshooting documentation in the technical support knowledge base.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role within a SaaS environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Availability for Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm EST, plus rotating weekend/holiday on-call coverage.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in a professional context.
- Experience supporting APIs and API integrations.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, KYC, or identity fraud.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and model-driven products.
- Experience with AI-assisted scripting and automation tools.
