TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer (AI): Delivering timely technical solutions and support for identity trust infrastructure with an accent on API integrations, log analysis, and mobile SDK troubleshooting. Focus on leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate triage, root cause identification, and process automation.

Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle). U.S. Citizenship is required to support federal government customers.

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000

hirify.global is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time to prevent fraud.

What you will do

  • Drive customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues including API integrations, code defects, and log analysis.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of reported problems from initial triage through resolution.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data Science teams on escalated issues.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate triage, root cause identification, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive support workflows using AI agents and scripts.
  • Maintain troubleshooting documentation in the technical support knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role within a SaaS environment.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Availability for Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm EST, plus rotating weekend/holiday on-call coverage.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in a professional context.
  • Experience supporting APIs and API integrations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services, KYC, or identity fraud.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and model-driven products.
  • Experience with AI-assisted scripting and automation tools.
