What you will do

• Act as the global system owner for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Manage, optimize, and continuously develop the SuccessFactors Recruiting module.
• Partner with IT teams and HR stakeholders across global subsidiaries.
• Plan and lead system upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and rollouts.
• Design and implement a global recruiting process, including reporting and KPIs.
• Introduce innovative technologies, digital solutions, and AI-driven approaches for recruiting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience optimizing recruiting processes and systems globally.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and international project management.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, structured, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of GDPR, compliance, and audit requirements in an international environment.
• Fluent English and German, spoken and written, are required.
