About the role
Distribution Technologies is one of the world’s leading ground transportation marketplaces, connecting bus, rail, and ferry operators with global retailers such as Google Maps and . Following a recent $80M Series C funding round, the company is scaling rapidly and is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help drive hiring across Product, Tech, and Business functions.

Responsibilities
— Partner with hiring managers and Talent Partners to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
— Build and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and databases
— Develop talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
— Conduct outreach, screening, and candidate qualification activities
— Leverage talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence
— Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate data
— Support employer branding initiatives and community engagement
— Collaborate on improving recruiting processes, tools, and reporting

Requirements
— End-to-end recruiting experience gained in-house, agency, or RPO environments
— Experience hiring across Product, Tech, and/or Business functions
— Strong sourcing and talent pipeline-building expertise
— Data-driven mindset with experience measuring recruiting impact
— Comfortable working in a fast-paced international startup environment
— Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
— Fluent English, written and spoken
