What you will do

• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and team goals.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job description creation to offer negotiation.
• Source active and passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, networking, and events.
• Conduct video and onsite interviews to qualify prospective candidates.
• Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to build efficient and scalable recruiting workflows.
• Recruit for diverse roles across Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Tech teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
• 1-2 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, ideally in hyper-growth tech companies.
• Business fluent German and English (mandatory).
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex hiring challenges.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems like Jobvite or Greenhouse.
• No visa sponsorship available.
