Legal Consultant (LegalTech): Supporting law firms and legal departments in the adoption of cloud-based content management and AI-driven legal tools with an accent on change management, training, and workflow optimization. Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in Lehi, Utah).

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000.

What you will do

• Support senior consultants in delivering client adoption programs and change management initiatives.
• Facilitate training webinars, onboarding sessions, and workflow workshops for legal professionals.
• Develop training content, adoption guides, and enablement resources.
• Monitor client adoption metrics and engagement data to identify trends.
• Respond to client enablement inquiries and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain internal team playbooks and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or legal consulting, or a JD with a strong interest in legal tech.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications in legal workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for facilitating meetings and training.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for client sites and team events.

Nice to have

• Experience with LegalTech platforms or document management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
