What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for engineering, software, manufacturing, and operations roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and build strategic hiring plans.
• Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche boards.
• Manage applicant flow through ATS and ensure data integrity.
• Track and report key hiring metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
• Collaborate on employer branding and recruitment campaigns for early career and veteran talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or robotics.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence required for ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Ability to travel 5-40% annually to various US locations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
