Salary: $140,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Develop and implement federal and state policy strategies aligned with business growth goals.
• Monitor and analyze legislation and regulations impacting healthcare delivery and payment models.
• Lead policy research and produce white papers, policy briefs, and public comments.
• Build relationships with policymakers, government agencies, and advocacy organizations.
• Translate complex regulatory developments into clear guidance for internal and external teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align policy insights with product strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a related field, including work with government agencies.
• Strong background in federal and state regulatory analysis and public policy.
• Experience tracking and summarizing regulatory and funding opportunities at state and federal levels.
• Must be based in the United States.
