Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and background checks.
  • Maintain and manage data accuracy within the ATS (Greenhouse) and HRIS (Workday).
  • Act as an employee ambassador, handling employment verifications and general HR inquiries.
  • Provide operational support to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to help the HR team scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar college-level education.
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant HR administrative or coordinator experience.
  • Prior experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Must be located in New York, NY.
