What you will do

• Support financial reporting and forecasting for the R&D org, focusing on cloud consumption spend (AWS, Snowflake).
• Optimize software usage and vendor engagements in partnership with Procurement.
• Develop and maintain resources and processes for managers of contingent workers in technical domains.
• Contribute to Engineering org initiatives, including the rollout and analysis of the annual Developer Experience survey.
• Collaborate with leaders to evolve processes and resources that ensure a smooth-running R&D organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in a professional or corporate environment (internship or full-time).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects and processes on track.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and a curiosity to learn.
