TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London or Madrid. Must have legal authorisation to work in the UK or Spain.

What you will do

  • Build and own the marketing reporting layer, including dashboards and multi-channel attribution models.
  • Manage HubSpot end-to-end, ensuring data cleanliness, pipeline trust, and efficient workflows.
  • Conduct CRM audits and implement scalable systems to support aggressive growth.
  • Develop integrations and automations to ensure seamless data flow across the GTM stack.
  • Partner with heads of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to provide data-backed strategic recommendations.
  • Define and track core business metrics like pipeline velocity and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience as a HubSpot admin or operations owner.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and understanding of multi-channel attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from messy data.
  • 0–2 years of experience in RevOps, marketing ops, or sales ops.
  • Legal authorisation to work in the UK or Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Familiarity with the B2B SaaS GTM stack, including enrichment and sequencing tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
  • Background spanning marketing, sales, and customer success functions.
