What you will do

• Lead technical pre-sales activities for multinational clients evaluating hirify.global's platform.
• Conduct product and technical demos showcasing complex finance workflows, system integrations, and scalability.
• Collaborate with technical and finance stakeholders to analyze current systems, data flows, and pain points.
• Design and propose architecture and implementation plans tailored to client needs.
• Support RFPs and clarify technical integration specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer in an ERP/FMS context.
• Deep understanding of ERP implementation, including data migrations, integrations, and finance modules.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
• Ability to clearly articulate system architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and solve complex problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS or FinTech industry, particularly with multi-entity financial operations.
• Prior experience migrating customers from legacy ERPs to cloud financial platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python.
• Knowledge of ETL, data modeling, or API-based middleware tools.
• Multi-region implementation experience across EMEA and the US.
