Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting EOD operations, policy, or capability development.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science.
• Knowledge of EOD policy, doctrine, and organizational integration practices.
• Ability to develop system requirements and assess capability gaps.
• Experience analyzing operational and technical inputs.

• Experience with modernization initiatives or R&D processes.
• Participation in configuration control boards or governance bodies.
• Knowledge of EOD exploitation, materiel analysis, or reporting frameworks.
