What you will do

• Lead global physical security strategy, governance, and operations across multiple regions and sites.
• Oversee and develop a distributed team of physical security professionals and site leads.
• Direct end-to-end vendor management, including selection, contract negotiation, and RFP processes.
• Establish and enforce global security standards, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in access control, surveillance, and incident response programs.
• Lead crisis management and business continuity integration with physical security operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling global physical security programs across multinational environments.
• Track record of managing geographically distributed teams and vendor ecosystems.
• Expertise in conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Deep knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and incident response programs.
• Strong background in crisis management and business continuity planning.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Genetec (Security Center, access control, video management systems) or similar enterprise platforms.
